searching for an Office Assistant.
The job is
Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm,
(we go home early on Fridays if we can) with most major holidays off and
1 week's paid vacation after 1 year of
employment.
The position pays between
$10 and $15 an hour
to start depending on skills and work experience. There will be a
performance review at 90
days. If your skills improve to fit the position you will be
eligible for pay increase. If you make it past that you will be eligible for a pay
increase at the 1 year review.
Uniform Shirts are provided with the
nifty 618Computers.com logo printed on
them so you can remember where you work. You can wear any form of
leg coverings and shoes you wish.
Our Basic requirements to be
eligible for the position are as follows:

Must have good
communication skills.

Basic knowledge of
Quickbooks, MS Word and Outlook.

Friendly, professional, helpful,
resourceful, positive, multi-tasker.

IT experience
and Website design are most desireable.
Basic duties and equipment used include;

Show up
on time

Answer
Phones (Uniden Cordless)

Greet
customers (Front Door)

Don't
Steal
-
Customer Invoicing
& Receiving
(QuickBooks)

Filing
(Cabinet)
-
Paying
bills (Checks)
-
Collections (Whip & Chair)
-
Appointment Scheduling (Outlook)
-
General
Organization of office
-
Did I mention "Don't Steal"?
There are many other duties that
will be added as you learn more about the company.
You will also receive on the job
training on general Computer diagnostics and
repair, website design and
hosting and advanced
business management and
manipulation.
